Turn work trapped in your head into a testable SOP that another person can follow, review, and improve as the process changes.
Every task only you can do is a tax you pay forever. This course converts one of them into a document someone else can run without asking you a single question.
Most SOPs fail for the same reasons: they document the wrong process, they describe what to do without defining what "done" looks like, and they read like they were written for someone who already knows the job. So people skim them, guess, and come back to you anyway.
This course works in the opposite order. You start by finding the process actually worth documenting, get it out of your head and onto the page, write steps people follow instead of ignore, and add the checks that make the task hard to get wrong. Then it covers the part most guides skip entirely: the rollout, keeping the SOP alive as the work changes, and turning a single document into a repeatable system.
You walk away with one finished, battle-tested SOP for a real task you do today, plus a repeatable method for documenting the next one in a fraction of the time.
Founders: want to hand off recurring work without becoming the bottleneck every time someone has a question.
Operators: need processes a new hire can follow on day one and get right without supervision.
Team leads: want consistent output across the team instead of results that depend on who happened to do the task.
